2. DELIVERY

We are committed to improving our service and our customers’ shopping experience. We use different methods of delivery because such application of different methods suitable for different countries and regions is able to make the time of transport as shortest as possible, and also assures the safety and convenience of the transport. We are able to deliver our goods to most countries in the world. Under the normal circumstances, it takes us 1 or 2 work days to process your order. After the goods are delivered, we will send the tracking number for your order to you through E-mail. We use DHL\UPS\FedEX\USPS for shipping. Delivery assured! If your goods are lost or checked, we will deliver them again.

Cautions: • If you provide us with a false address, we are not responsible for redelivering the goods.

* Cancellation :We accept free cancellations within 3 hours. If orders need to be cancelled within 3-10 hours, we will charge a processing fee of $5 per order. cancellation of order items is strictly not accepted once your order has been placed over 10 hours. The expected delivery date on all pre-order styles is an estimate only, and is not considered a formal guarantee. For an unexpected delay in the delivery date which exceeds 10 work days, you will be notified via email and our customer care team will be more than happy to discuss your options.

1) The shipping time mentioned above refers to the estimated time of business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped.

2) Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays.

3) These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times.

4) Above shipping methods may be changed due to specific situation.

5) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

6) Shipping Time does not include a 1-2 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

7) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

8) The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once your actual destination address in inserted on the shipping page.

9) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.

10) If you address is remote areas where is out of the DHL service, we need to charge extra $30 for the shipping fee.

*We try our best to choose a suitable logistics method to express to you. Generally, there is no tax and fee, but it does not rule out that individual orders are subject to customs duties. If customs duties are to be collected, please collect customs notification information and your order name and send Email to [email protected], our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible and reimburse you for half of the tariff.

About the customs duties and fees:The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient;we has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

If you collect the goods, Customs requires clearance information and invoice. Please contact us first.

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
